back from yishun safra....the Cohesion...1 word, TIRED!!!
went for those Canopy Challenge Walk ...
and there is a total of 4 obstacles we need to go through...
and i went through 3 of it...

till the 4th one....when my hands is so tired tt, i couldnt drag the rope anymore...
and the nxt moment i find myself hanging on the air....
really required ur energy....especially ur arms and hands...
after tt i realise tt i have robe burn in my hand...
